Design the Globe is a platform for all ISDI students to showcase their creative talent and explore the world through the lens of design. Students were given the opportunity to express themselves through installations, short documentaries etc. that translated their country-specific ideas in a succinct manner.

Field Visit at Designer Jannat Vasai

The junior and final year Interior Design students had an eventful day with an extremely engaging and interactive experience with Designer Jannat Vasi at one of her office projects that was designed for Gozoop – a creative ad agency.
Jannat and Ahmed ( creative head of go zoop) was kind enough to take them through every aspect of their journey of building Gozoop an 8500 sqft office in Andheri.

Origami with Bob

Tearing the paper means you’ve stopped believing in the infinite possibilities of a square.” “Origami with Bob” – A special summer workshop program for the students to learn the Japanese art of paper folding. Origami helps develop hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills and mental concentration. Use of the hands directly stimulates the areas of the brain…Memory, non-verbal thinking, attention, 3D comprehension and imagination are further stimulated by the brain’s exploration of origami.
