Through different tangible forms of ‘play’, our research manifesto was presented through snippets that we clicked out of toys and board games at home.
A thorough analysis of several articles, journals and books around 3D Food Printing made us identify the gaps in data available, especially in terms of the Indian market and consumer acceptance.
Our survey helped us reach a wide demographic which made us understand consumer perceptions around the concept of 3D printed food.
Question forums were used to analyze opinions on the concept of flexitarianism, and the mindsets behind meat consumption. We also requested answers from experts in the field for obtaining more references.
